Early Career Consultation Community

Private practice doesn't have to
feel this lonely.

A consultation community built around the things that matter most at the start of a career in therapy: connection, honest conversation, celebration, and support from someone who's been exactly where you are.

Community. Safety. Connection.

This isn't a training program or a webinar series. It's a real community built for the specific experience of navigating early career clinical work — particularly in private practice.

Genuine Community

A small, trusted group of colleagues navigating similar territory. A place to be honest, to be supported, and to build lasting professional relationships.

Real Consultation

Work through challenging cases, navigate difficult professional decisions, and brainstorm with peers who understand the context — not just theory.

Celebrated Wins

Early career is full of milestones that often go uncelebrated. This community marks them together — first clients, difficult sessions, growth moments.

The group I looked for — and couldn't find — when I was starting out.

When I first entered private practice, I searched for a group like this. Something that offered the combination of professional consultation and genuine human connection. I found pieces of it in various places, but never the whole thing in one community.

This is what I'm building now. A space where early career therapists and those considering a move into private practice can find real support, real colleagues, and real belonging.

I built the community I wish had existed when I was starting out.

I spent years working at university counseling centers across the country, serving as an individual and group supervisor, Training Director of an APA-accredited internship program, and helping to create a postdoc program. I began building my own private practice as a side project in 2020 — and am now fully in it.

The clinical work is deeply fulfilling. But I found myself missing the experience of supporting emerging therapists. I looked for a group like this when I first started — and when I couldn't find exactly what I needed, I decided to build it myself.

There is real power in community. And it's my intention to extend that to you.
