I’m a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in working with college, graduate, early career professionals, & adults of all ages moving into new stages of their lives.
My specialties include addressing anxiety and other difficult and unwanted emotions that show up physically in the body (headaches, knot in the stomach, racing heart, tightness in chest), relationship concerns (romantic, family, friends), self-esteem struggles, academic/career-related concerns, financial stress & money mindset, general exhaustion, imposter syndrome, and complex trauma (intergenerational, chronic relational trauma, covid trauma).
I provide holistic and comprehensive therapy that can lead to improvement in many aspects of life. Changes I’ve been able to witness over the years include: improvements in emotional and physical health, relationship satisfaction, communication, self-confidence, achieving major goals, becoming a business owner, mindset shifts in how one relates to their finances, and even landing that dream job!
