I offer a free consultation so that we can connect and determine together if we are a great fit for the therapy experience you are looking for. I recommend before starting therapy that you have a consultation call with a potential therapist so you can get a feel for how it is to talk with them, and so they can get a better sense of what you’re needing. 

Wondering what to expect in this consultation call? It serves a couple of different purposes, including:

  • Gives you the opportunity to get a sense of how it is to interact with me as your potential therapist.

  • Learn about my therapy style.

  • Ask any questions you might have.

  • I assist in guiding the conversation by asking about some of the “big picture” reasons you’re seeking therapy at this time. 

  • I also ask about what changes you’re hoping to experience in your life as a result of your time and effort in therapy. 

  • Ultimately, my hope is that this conversation feels comfortable, eases any nerves you might have, and gets you directed to the best support whether that’s with me or another therapist.
